What type of jewelry do you sell?
Sowkya offers Indian-inspired one-gram-gold-style fashion and art jewelry. Unless a product listing explicitly says otherwise, our pieces are not solid gold, precious-metal jewelry, or natural gemstone jewelry.
Are the products ready to ship?
Yes. Products shown as available are stocked in the United States. Inventory is reserved when checkout begins and confirmed after successful payment.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $5.95. Shipping is complimentary when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $75 or more.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, although carrier delays and holiday volume can affect timing.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order is handed to the carrier.
Can I return an item or receive a refund?
All sales are final, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact orders@sowkyacollections.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can review the issue. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us immediately after ordering. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after payment because ready-to-ship orders may enter packing quickly.
Will the piece look exactly like the photograph?
We aim to show each piece accurately. Small color differences may occur between screens, and handcrafted-style details can have slight variations.
How should I care for art jewelry?
Keep jewelry dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, wipe it gently with a soft cloth, and store each piece separately in a soft pouch.
